Hey Anthony….wondering if I can pinch a few photos off your website to illustrate a family tree….I’d guess you’d be a distant cousin. Nita was a great-aunt on my Dad’s side – in other words my Grandmother and Nita were sisters. If you are interested in that….My Grandmother was Mabel Smith who married Sidney Harris

While I’m reflecting on the significance of this contact – go for it Chris(distant cousin!) .Sidney Harris rings a bell . While there isn’t much in the way of detailed labelling you’ll find more buried in my Flickr site in the Baby Straps set – of Nita and others from that side via the button on the blog – Flickr AFW66.There is also a family tree at GenesReunited- Anthony Frederick Ward. Register – and we can swap notes there if you’re interested. I started to put it together when the last of Nita’s children John Graham Kerr died last year and had his photos to scan – most are still not on flickr and the project’s been on hold while I’ve been in Sarawak. I’m pretty sure there’s some photos of Mabel Pamela (Howes)GRO birth index: Mar 1884 Norwich 4b 195. In 1901 census aged 17, born Norwich, a Dressmaker. also Sidney I think. Family snaps that I’ll upload to Flickr while I’m back in Melbourne for C’mas.
